General Questions

Question 1: What areas do you serve?

Question 2: Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for pets, children and your whole family!

Question 3: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many clients provide access and return to a clean space. We’ll coordinate whatever is most convenient for you.

Carpet Cleaning

Question 1: How long does it take for carpets to dry after cleaning?

Drying times vary by carpet type and weather conditions, but typically range from 2 to 24 hours. You can speed up these times by running your A/C (summer), Heat (winter) and leaving ceiling fans on. Additional floor fans will help speed up the process even further.

Question 2: Can you remove all stains from my carpet?

While we can remove most common stains, some older or set-in stains may not fully come out. Food dyes can also be particularly stubborn. We always give our best professional effort.

Question 3: How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

For homes, we recommend every 6–12 months for most customers, depending on usage and the presence of pets and/or children. High-traffic commercial areas may need more frequent service.

Upholstery Cleaning

Question 1: What types of upholstery do you clean?

We clean sofas, chairs, ottomans, and more — including synthetic fabrics, microfiber, and sometimes, natural fibers like cotton and linen.

Question 2: How long does upholstery take to dry?

Most pieces dry within 4–6 hours depending on fabric type and ventilation.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Question 1: What’s included in a move-in/move-out clean?

Our service includes deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, appliances, and cabinets. We also offer add-ons like wall washing or carpet cleaning.

Question 2: Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Absolutely. We bring everything needed to get the job done efficiently and thoroughly.

Question 1: Can you clean after business hours or on weekends?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling to minimize disruption to your operations — including early morning, evening, and weekend appointments.
